West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice was expected to provide his State of the State address Wednesday but is rather feeling “extremely unhealthy” after checking favorable for COVID-19. Results from his PCR test came back positive, Justice stated. West Virginia first lady Cathy Justice tested unfavorable Tuesday evening, according to the statement. West Virginias COVID-19 czar, Dr. Clay Marsh, stated he has “complete self-confidence” that Justice will recuperate quickly since he was completely immunized and received a booster dosage of the COVID vaccine. Justices favorable COVID-19 test came a day prior to he was arranged to deliver the annual State of the State address.
