West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice was expected to provide his State of the State address Wednesday however is rather feeling “extremely unhealthy” after testing positive for COVID-19. Results from his PCR test came back favorable, Justice said. West Virginia very first woman Cathy Justice tested unfavorable Tuesday night, according to the declaration. ” While I was shocked that my test results returned positive, Im grateful to the Lord above that Ive been vaccinated, Ive been improved, which I have an amazing support system, particularly my caring household,” Justice said.
