West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice was expected to provide his State of the State address Wednesday however is instead feeling “exceptionally unhealthy” after checking positive for COVID-19. In a statement from his workplace, Justice stated he woke up Tuesday morning with blockage and cough. Results from his PCR test came back favorable, Justice stated.
