West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice was supposed to provide his State of the State address Wednesday but is instead feeling “exceptionally unhealthy” after checking positive for COVID-19. In a statement from his office, Justice stated he woke up Tuesday early morning with congestion and cough. Results from his PCR test came back favorable, Justice stated.
