West Virginias COVID-19 czar, Dr. Clay Marsh, stated he has “complete self-confidence” that Justice will recover rapidly because he was totally vaccinated and received a booster dosage of the COVID vaccine. Justices favorable COVID-19 test came a day prior to he was scheduled to provide the yearly State of the State address.
