While I did consume small parts of all the foods my household was consuming, I also ate a greater amount of high-protein foods such as egg whites, chicken, fish, lean beef, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, and dark, leafy greens.
Only difference in between previously and after is that Ive lost weight. Aside from that, my everyday life really hasnt changed all that much. Or has it?
Perhaps it would be much better to say perspective modification instead of way of life change. Because thats what it has been for me. Today I feel more powerful, more in balance (both physically and psychologically), and I have more spring to my step. I am using clothing I wasnt comfortable wearing a year ago, I feel much better about the way I look, and Im smiling more (yes, even more than I smiled in the past, which was a lot– haha) and that is a great feeling at age 53.
