HONG KONG– Hong Kongs approving of a quarantine exemption to Hollywood star Nicole Kidman is drawing criticism from legislators as the city tightens up entry constraints for international tourists to manage the coronavirus. Kidman, who apparently flew to Hong Kong last week from coronavirus-hit Sydney, was excused from a weeklong quarantine and was identified in the city this week recording a new Amazon Prime Video series entitled “Expats,” according to regional media reports.
