Los Angeles County will provide an order this week that will require people to reveal proof of vaccination for indoor bars, wineries, breweries, clubs, and lounges while also requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for “outside mega-events” such as Dodgers, Rams, and Chargers video games.
